Many teams, many briefs,
one standard.
Challenge
A stock library publishing imagery at volume needs every image to hold up under close inspection, across many teams and many briefs. At that scale, quality that depends on who ran the brief stays the exception.

The standard lives
in the system,
not the person.
Approach
Rather than tune images one brief at a time, I built the workflows end to end and shipped them packaged, with prompt galleries. That puts the standard inside the system, so multiple teams can run the same one instead of each improvising its own.
Every workflow runs three steps in order: prompt architecture, then model and parameter selection, then refinement passes. The set shown here, Indian stock imagery of 100 concepts across 20 sectors, is held to one specification: 3:2 at 2016 × 1344.

Result
Output fidelity became the standard rather than the exception, delivered as one packaged system that multiple teams can run, with third-party services wired in under disciplined access and key handling.

Client work is under NDA. This describes the pattern, not the internals.
