Many formats,
no shoot day.
Challenge
A jewellery brand needed video in many formats: product in motion, UGC clips, campaign film, macro detail and social cutdowns. It needed them without a shoot for each, which ruled out the usual route of a studio, a shoot day and a photographer per format.
Seven films from one system
Share the system,
not the standard.
Approach
One system was the answer to the shoot problem, but I did not let the formats share a standard. Each gets its own prompt set and quality-control bar, because a macro detail shot and a UGC clip succeed on different terms, and one shared bar would judge them by the wrong measure.
I broke the brief into formats and fixed a frame for each: campaign film at 16:9, UGC clips and social cutdowns at 9:16, product in motion at 1:1 and macro detail as a crop. I wrote a prompt system per format, ran image and video generation through one set of workflows and routing, and held each output to its format's QC bar.
Result
Every frame the brand publishes comes out of the system. There is no studio, no shoot day and no photographer behind any of it, which is what the brief asked for.
